How long does a Growth Diagnostic take?
2-3 weeks from kickoff to final presentation. This includes data access setup, analysis, and a 90-minute walkthrough call with prioritized recommendations.
What data do you need access to?
At minimum: App Store Connect and your user acquisition platform (Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, Meta, etc.). For a complete diagnostic, I also need MMP data (AppsFlyer, Adjust), Google Play Console, and revenue analytics.
Who is this for?

What's the difference between a Growth Diagnostic and Strategic Advisory?
A Growth Diagnostic is a one-time deep-dive to find what's broken and deliver an action plan. Strategic Advisory is an ongoing monthly engagement where I work with your team as a fractional Head of Growth across acquisition, store, and monetization.
Do you work with Android apps or just iOS?
Both. My specialization is deeper on the Apple side (ASO + Apple Search Ads), but Growth Diagnostics and strategic advisory cover the full mobile ecosystem including Google Play.
What happens after the diagnostic?
That's up to you. Some clients implement recommendations in-house. Others ask me to stay on as Strategic Advisory for ongoing support. A few hire me to execute specific pieces (ASO overhaul, ASA audit, etc.). The diagnostic is a standalone engagement — no obligation to continue.
